The apartment is ideally positioned between the oldtown and the strip. Within walking distance of a number of beaches and the perfect base to enjoy some of the best golf courses in Europe. The apartment is three minutes walk from the Algarve Golf Academy.
The apartment comprises of one large bedroom with patio doors and fantastic views over the pool, a spacious bathroom and a fully fitted kitchen. The lounge/dining room has a large sofa and leads through patio doors to a balcony with sea views, ideal for relaxing and al-fresco dining.

The condominium has two enclosed pools 30 seconds walk from the apartment, an adult pool and a paddling pool for small children. The communal area includes terraced and grassed areas with plenty of space for children to play safely.

The apartment is three minutes walk from the new pitch and putt golf course in Albufeira. Three minutes will bring you to the Albufeira Skate Board area and a large park which includes a football stadium. The apartment is in a nice semi-residential area, appox 15 minutes walk to the Old Town in one direction and the same distance to busy Montechoro Strip in the other. The local bus passes the apartment every 30 minutes and this will take you to the beach in five minutes. The bus will also bring you to the marina in about ten minutes. There are some lovely local restaurants in the area. The bus terminal, a few minutes walk from the apartment will take you to the water parks, Zoo Marine and other places of interest including all of the Algarve, Lisbon & Seville.

Algarve Golf Academy
Three minutes walk from the apartment is fantastic Algarve Golf Academy. the Academy includes; a driving range, putting green and areas to practice your short game, in all its aspects. The inhouse equipment includes computerized equipment for analysis of swing and analysis of putt. The club pro is Daniel Silva, Portugal's highest ranking player for a record number of years.

Albufeira tops the list of holiday destinations in the Algarve. Undoubtedly a fun resourt attracting a varied mix of holiday makers. The old town remains an unusually pretty villages and the Moorish architectural influence is strong with narrow cobblestoned streets, twisting lanes of whitewashed houses and terracotta roofs above a wonderful spread of beaches. The numerous beaches are ideal for sun bathing during the day for plesant evening walks. Nothing beats watching the sun setting on the breathtaking Portuguese coastline particularly at Praoa do Inatel, a short walk from the apartment. The resort bustles with life and atmosphere and plenty of bars, shops, cafes and restaurants add to the colour and upbeat feel of this area which has retained its charm and still functions as a fishing village.
